 Town Clerk Hours Effective the week of September 11th the Town Clerk Hours will be: Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. (With lunch from noon - 1:00 p.m.)         Emails (townclerk@townofkeeneny.gov)  and Voicemails (518)576-4444, ext. 1 will be checked daily. If assistance is needed (which is time sensitive) before the next scheduled work day, either myself or my Deputy, Ellen Estes, will do our best to assist you.
